spark plug wire, damagedEven though I’d fixed the spark plug wire on Bruno and it seemed to be running better, it’s not. Yesterday, I was left with one more inexpensive fix to try.

I got in my car this morning with the intention to drive it another 40 miles around town, to reach the magic goal of pushing 100 miles worth of gas through my injectors to prove or remove a fuel clog. Continue reading Good-Bye Little Buddy

Art Crawl Coolness

Last weekend, I worked at the St. Paul Art Crawl in Lowertown. This is my second vendor event as a tarot reader and my first as an artist.

Money Cookies

From a lovely conversation with a guy at a bus stop the other day, I came away with a refreshing way of looking at working and earning money.

The two of us (I never did get his name) were initially standing quietly, watching cars and people make their way along the busy street. After a few moments of silence he opened the conversation by commenting on the hurry and scurry of the Rat Race. Continue reading Money Cookies

Station Report

You know all that stuff I wrote in October about not being that good at designing web pages? Well, heh, I’ve got a couple web clients and one of them needs a redesign of their look and feel. I’ll be working from existing artwork and I’m feeling pretty good about that, so I think I’m well placed to give it another go. I’ve found myself some good design resources, a cool mentor and a few neat Meet-Up groups.
